Payments can be made by Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Interac e-Transfer and/or Cheque. Payment in full is required at time of registration in order to secure a spot in our classes.
Annual Club Membership/Insurance Fee:
There is an annual $35 club membership/insurance fee payable once a year, per athlete, to register for gymnastics with the club. Membership runs from July 1 through June 30 each year. This fee is non refundable under any circumstance. HST is applicable.
We offer a 15% discount for the second and subsequent children of the same immediate family, registered in any class during the same session period. Discount applies to the next lowest fee.
Friends and Family Group Discount:
Want to train free? Bring a group of five, including yourself, and your registration is free. Your group must register for the same program offered on the same day and time and during the same session. Ask at the office for more details.
Private / Semi-Private Lessons:
Want to gain that extra edge? Need a little extra focus on that certain something that needs work? We offer private and semi-private lessons here at Ultimate Gymnastics. Please call our office for more details, pricing and availability. In short, our private and semi-private lessons are booked in blocks of 6 one-hour classes.
Our refund policy is that once your classes have started we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. You can and will receive a credit to use towards a future session in our facility. All refunds are subject to a $30 administration fee and are issued to you via check. Gymnastics Ontario Annual Insurance Fees and Parkour Liability Insurance Fees are non-refundable. Our competitive program is based on an annual contract commitment and families are responsible for the entire cost associated with the program. Unfortunately no refunds are given whatsoever in our competitive program.
We can make our facility available to you and or your group. Whether you are a skiing, snowboarding, dancing, figure skating, cheerleading, football or hockey group and need a little extra training in order to gain that competitive edge, we have space to accommodate you. Please call us for more details.
What to Wear:
Girls may wear a gymnastics leotard or simply shorts, tights and t-shirt/tank top. Boys may wear shorts/sweatpants and a t-shirt. No skirts, jeans, or pants with belts, buckles or zippers are allowed. Comfortable clothing is a must. No socks in the gym and no jewelry except for studded earrings please. We recommend bringing a water bottle as well. Parkour athletes train barefoot in the gym. Athletic attire is recommended. No jeans allowed.
Aside from our Tiny Thumpers (Ages 18 months – 2 1/2 years) recreational program, parents and or guardians are not permitted inside the gym, due to insurance purposes AND for the safety of all of our athletes, staff and coaches. Parents and or guardians who wish to stay and watch their child enjoy their class, must do so from our new, spacious upstairs viewing area. Also for the safety of all of our athletes, staff and coaches, parents are not allowed to converse with and or COACH their child from the upstairs viewing area. Doing so can be extremely disruptive, distracting and can cause injuries to all athletes and coaches. We also do not permit outdoor footwear in the viewing area. We also demand that you govern yourself and your choice of language accordingly. Please also keep your negative comments and or concerns to yourself, nobody wants to hear them.
We do our best to keep our facility nut-free. All participants are asked NOT to bring nuts and nut products into the facility due to risk from allergies in children. We however cannot guarantee a 100% nut free facility at all times.
